Returns

If you are a consumer or a business acting as a consumer, according to the Consumer Rights Act, you generally have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 30 days of receiving the goods.

The period for withdrawal begins from the moment you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Return Notification

Submit your return on the ONLINE RETURNS page. Through this option, you can inform the Seller about your decision to withdraw from the contract, and you will receive information on where to send the returned products.

You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a withdrawal statement to the Seller, for example, via an email sent to the Seller's email address. It's enough to send the statement before the 30-day period expires.

Send the returned goods to the Seller promptly at the address provided in the Seller's information, where you made the purchase, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.

Refund

Any payments you made will be refunded promptly as per the rules outlined in the Store's Terms and Conditions, but no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal statement is received. The Seller may withhold the refund until they receive the returned goods or proof of return - whichever occurs first.

The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in the cases specified in the Terms and Conditions. All detailed information regarding your rights can be found in this document.

Complaints

If you are a consumer or a business acting as a consumer, you have certain rights if the sold goods are not in conformity with the contract.

In case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, you have the right to file a complaint – for example, via email to the Seller from whom you purchased the goods.

As a rule, the Seller is responsible for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, which existed at the time of delivery and was revealed within two years of that time.

According to the Consumer Rights Act, you can request:

  • replacement of the goods,
  • repair of the goods.

In certain cases, you may submit a statement for:

  • withdrawal from the contract,
  • price reduction.

All detailed information regarding your rights can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
